The base is equipped with metal legs finished with a black powder coating. The advantages of powder coating are wear resistance, rust resistance, and easy maintenance. Corduroy is a weaving technique in which extra pile yarns are inserted and later cut to create ribs or stripes. This fabric also has a characteristic soft, velvety texture. The corduroy fabric is made of 100% polyester. This material is strong and resistant to abrasion, making it ideal for daily use. The metal legs are easy to maintain by wiping them with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid aggressive cleaning agents to protect the finish. The corduroy fabric upholstery can be kept neat by regularly vacuuming with a soft brush attachment, preventing dust and dirt from building up between the fabric ribs. Stains are best treated immediately by gently dabbing with a slightly damp cloth or a mild textile cleaner, without rubbing too hard to avoid damaging the fabric.
