The base is equipped with metal legs finished with a black powder coating. The advantages of powder coating are wear resistance, rust resistance, and easy maintenance. The seat is made of PU. Its advantages are: it looks like real leather, is supple and comfortable, easy to maintain, durable, more animal- and eco-friendly, and affordable.
The metal legs can be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use aggressive cleaning agents in order to protect the finish. The PU upholstery is easy to maintain by regularly wiping it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For stains, you may use a mild soapy solution, but avoid abrasive products and strong chemicals to prevent cracks or discoloration.

One of the chair legs arrived slightly damaged. I contacted customer service right away, and they quickly sent me a replacement leg. The issue was resolved very fast, and the after-sales service was very responsive. I'm very happy with the chair overall.
